Add symbolic icon.

Beginning with 3.16, GNOME uses the symbolic icon of the application –if provided– in the top bar, and uses it also as main icon when using the HighContrast theme. It should be great to provide one, notably because the actual icon renders bad there (small and dark).

Here is a proposition. I’m not sure of my work in the Makefile and the .cabal one (what is really done is hard to test without a system install), but hey, should work.
