Description elefat 2015-03-26 07:51:14 UTC
Χorg version 1.11.3
Kernel 3.13
ubuntu 12.04
I am sorry if info is not complete, as I am a newbie. When I run Alice3 (3d program), mouse events (click, move) are ignored by the program. Identical installations to other pc run smoothly, so I suppose it is the graphics card driver problem.

Try booting with nouveau.config=NvMSI=0 -- NV46's are reported to have unspecified issues with MSI-style interrupt processing. We've disabled MSI on newer kernels for them.

gdm graw just black screen and cursor with Linux 4.2, but installing Linux 4.3 or adding boot option nouveau.config=NvMSI=0 for Linux 4.2 solved this issue.

I not sure it's the same issue that elefat reported, just want to let developers know that disabling MSI for this GPU solves this particular issue with gdm (since it's resolved there is no point for me in registering new report).
