Have you checked whether it's the same as bug #89915 (see there for workaround and fix)? See also bug #90342.
@Jerome, thank you for your hint to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89915 I installed Kernel v4.0.9 and resume is working now without error.
