Dear sitewranglers,

it would be great if you could add a new "gstreamer-outreach" mailing list for the GStreamer project, to co-ordinate outreachy and GSoC engagements.

The list should ideally be non-public for now.

If this is something that can be done pretty quickly, that'd be much appreciated, as the application deadline is very soon and it'd be nice to have an officialish place to send stuff to.
