Created attachment 115985 [details] c with caron with size 14 pt U+010D (č / C with caron) in Deja Vu Sans Mono style "Book" has displaced caron - the caron should be above middle of the "c" characted but it is significantly off to the right side. This problem is visible only at certain font sizes, e.g. 14, 15, 16 but not at 17. I'm going to attach screenshots.
