Cross compiling dbus master with mingw32 reports an error

 error: Directory not found: /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/mingw32-dbus-1-1.9.99.git.907c0b3-20.1.i386/usr/i686-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/etc/dbus-1/session.d

It looks that autotools do not install the etc/dbus-1/session.d directory.

which is caused by this commit http://cgit.freedesktop.org/dbus/dbus/commit/?id=b2c61ca6ea2dd9ba62ebddc98fa295ee84ab3949.
