see subject, as of 0.20 we keep scrolling. On synaptics, with the jump in coordinates when the third finger is set down this causes erratic motions.

Plus, three finger should start the swipe gesture now.

closing this again, the cause here is the same as bug 91352 - because of the slot terminating early we don't have the right touch count. No need for a separate bug
