Patch

The attached patch adds a keyboard layout for the Ol Chiki script,
and lists Santali (sat) as a language for the Devanagari, Bengali,
Ol Chiki and Oriya keyboard layouts.

See figure 9 on page 10 of the Unicode submission document for Ol Chiki:

Ol Chiki is one of several scripts used for writing the Santali
language.  Santali is also written in the Devanagari, Bengali,
Oriya and Roman scripts.
