Fabiano Fidêncio suggested I request commit access to both spice and the spice-gtk repositories. I currently have commit access to spice-html5 and xf86-video-qxl.
Christophe points out that the permissions are probably not that fine grained; I should have the ability right now (which appears to be true). I suppose this means this could be closed, although I suspect I'd rather be formally approved for that access, rather than just taking it.
I'm not sure exactly who has the "authority" to approve, but I'll happily give a +1.
