Regression?
==========
Yes. This issue didnt come with Eywa 4.2-rc3.

Bug detailed description
===================
During S3 exit eDP/DP/HDMI is failing to switch-ON. But able to login remotely through tty shell. Issue is same with both I915 disabled and I915 enabled.

Reproduce Steps
==============
1. Boot the RVP-3 with mentioned config.
2. Enter "echo mem > /sys/power/state" in the terminal.
3. After the successful Entry press the keyboard/powerbutton to break the Suspend.
4. Observe the eDP/DP/HDMI.

Expected Result
=============
S3 entry and exit should be fine.

Actual Result
===========
Exit is failing.

Analysis & Root Cause
===================
1. We are not observed this with Eywa-4.2-rc3.
2. Result is same when disabling the CONFIG_DRM in the kernel config.
Comment 1 Vijayakannan Ayyathurai 2015-09-09 07:39:02 UTC
Issue is not reproducible with latest KSC 1.19 + v89 bios. But issue is still reproducible with latest KSC 1.19 + v97.2, v94.4 bios.
Comment 2 Imre Deak 2016-09-28 11:15:26 UTC
Does the issue happen with latest BIOS/drm-intel-nightly kernel? If so please provide a dmesg log booting with drm.debug=14.
Comment 3 Ricardo 2017-02-22 16:20:20 UTC
Hi vayyathx can you please use latest BIOS/drm-intel-nightly kernel like requested in prior comment by Irme. If the problem persist provide a dmesg log booting with drm.debug=14 and set the bug to reopen

If the problem does not appear anymore please set the bug to resolved

otherwise the bug will be close within 30 days due to lack of activity
Comment 4 Ricardo 2017-03-28 20:50:02 UTC
Elio can you check if it was reproduced in the Stack Testing?
Comment 5 Elio 2017-06-09 14:12:20 UTC
As a matter of fact is not present even with different dongles and hardware configuaration (MST hub+ other dongles). My configuration so far:
