-Steam-Trine 2
-Steam - Half-Life2

Workaround : we found this wa to run this games without low performance
1-sudo apt-get --reinstall install xserver-xorg-lts-vivid 
2-next we rebuid mesa, xorg and xserver

so, which version of mesa + libdrm intel do you recommend for SKL-Y?

You need at least libdrm-2.4.59, mesa-10.5.0 (though bugfixes are still going in aplenty).

actually my version of mesa and libdrm that i have is newer

Not the ones you were using at the time, as the logs indicated much older without Skylake support.
