Output of xrandr in OE5 (top of file) and OE6 (bottom)

Hello,

I have an issue with xrandr in the OpenElec 6 beta which uses Linux Kernal 4.1.
http://openelec.tv/forum/120-news-announcements/78095-beta-openelec-6-0-beta-5-released?limitstart=0

This bug is preventing refresh rate adjustments to the display to match the video in Kodi, on OE6.

Using Openelec 5 which uses Linux Kernal 3.19 there is no issue.

On OE6 using xrandr to switch modes from 60p to 24p, the display (Sony TV) reports no HDMI signal.

On OE5 the same switch works perfectly and the display switches to 24p mode.

My hardware is an Intel i5 Haswell Mac Mini booting OE natively - single boot, using HDMI output.

There is a thread with previous troubleshooting here:
http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=239436

The output from xrandr in OE6 and OE5 are attached. Note that the modes are different between the two versions... I'm not sure if this is expected or not but 1920x1080x24 is mode 0xb7 in OE5 and Oxef in OE6.

We seem to have neglected this bug a bit, apologies. Is this still an issue with recent kernels?
