When running all the texture gather tests of the OpenGL ES 3.1 CTS, execution stops after the test:
ES31-CTS.texture_gather.plain-gather-int-2darray

"intel_do_flush_locked failed: Input/output error"
dmesg shows:
[ 2105.031825] [drm] GPU HANG: ecode 9:0:0x85ddfffb, in glcts [1884], reason: Ring hung, action: reset

I can't reproduce this with Mesa git@3994ef5f1b
