Please not that this is the upstream bug tracker for spice-vdagent, and as such we are not that aware of what Red Hat ships exactly as its RHEV SPICE Agent, it might be better to contact your Red Hat support representative to help with this issue. With that said, you can find agent logs in C:/WINDOWS/TEMP/VDAGENT.LOG and C:/WINDOWS/TEMP/VDSERVICE.LOG which might contain more information about what's going on. RHEV 3.4 is also not the latest release, current one is RHEV 3.5, maybe this version provides updates to the Windows SPICE guest agent which solves your issues?
