Currently, one can only configure:
Terminal=true

There is currently no way to configure, that the terminal should open maximized. I.e. something like the following is missing:

TerminalMaximized=true

[Yes, one could hardcode stuff like 'Exec=konsole --fullscreen -e cmd', but hardcoding is besides the point here.]
