Description Alen Skondro 2015-12-16 21:30:59 UTC
Hello,

I already opened an issue on the arch linux forums:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=206297

But now I know that it has something to do with my dual-head configuration.

The main issue is that almost all DEs (gnome, gnome-wayland, enlightenment, cinnamon) show noticeable visual performance decrements when dual-head is enabled. Disabling the secondary head results in normal and fluid animation, where the dual-head configuration results in degraded visual animations.

I'm using the nouveau (gtx770) driver on arch linux (4.4-rc5).

What could be the problem? How can I help to resolve this issue?
