The gnome-window-decorator does not update titles.

For example, open firefox and start a download. The percentage in the title of
the download window will not be updated.

Tested with compiz 0.3.4.

gnome-window-decorator is obsolete and not part if compiz-0.3.4. I would
appreciate if you reported bugs against either current stable branch of compiz
or head. thanks.

I have tested this with 0.3.4 and found this bug to still exist. However, I
don't know enough of the internal bits of compiz to figure out what is causing
this now.
