default compiz and default xorg, on Feisty. The maximize|shrink icon is not
being display correctly. It is inconsistent across applications

ephy: When maximized, maximize icon displayed, when less then full size, shrink
icon displayed
xchat-gnome and gedit: icon does not change based on size or status

confirmed in 0.3.4
