Description markhilge 2016-02-08 21:12:17 UTC
Dear X11 Developers,

I am running OS X 10.11.3 and XQuartz 2.7.8 on a new rMBP and I experience the same problem as described in the 92750 (Bug ID) case, however using the molecular display program coot. Upon launch of the program the application window is visible for a fraction of a second, but then vanishes to an off-screen area where it is not accessible anymore. This problem arose after switching to El capitan and was not present under 10.9.

I would be really grateful if you could fix this problem as otherwise my retina screen is not usable when working with coot.

Many thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Mark

If this is the same as 92750, there's no need to file a second ticket. You can CC yourself on that one.
