I tried to create an clipart submission account.
After fullfilling all conditions to passwords and account, 
the site continuously rejects the captchas.

I tried it several times. The site also tells me to 
depend on cookies, but my browser apparently does not receive 
cookies. (It doesn't ask for accepting)
