Created attachment 122586 [details] Patch to add Carpalx keyboard layout This patch adds support for the Carpalx keyboard layout. The author of the layout is Martin Krzywinski and I have his permission to submit this patch. There is no need for a license on our end, so that will work fine with your X11 license. Although his website, http://mkweb.bcgsc.ca/carpalx , is very well-known to users of alternative keyboard layouts for his in-depth analyses of alternative keyboard layouts, Martin unfortunately does not gather statistics at this time, therefore it will be difficult to be able to determine the number of users of the layout. As such, I have added the layout to the base.extras.xml.in file. I have tested the patch on my end. Please let me know if you need me to make any changes or have any questions for either of us.
