GPU dump from /sys/class/drm/card0/error

GPU hanged. After bringing back it displays a lot of artifacts on top of the screen in X session.

Hello,
This is 3.16, and lots of improvements have been done since it. Rafal, could you confirm if this is still valid on latest kernels and open a new bug with more detailed information(HW-SW information, reproduciblility, dmesg log with drm.debug=0xe, GPU dump, any other relevant information)?
