The keyboard.4 man page installed by the input/keyboard component overrides the
FreeBSD keyboard.4 man page.

Do we even ship keyboard.4 in head?   I thought it went away with the move to kbd
for the Xorg keyboard driver...

It's shipped in xf86-input-keyboard. I guess since technically you can override the manpage name in that package to something like "4x" instead of "4", like what Gentoo is doing now. I'll close it.
