Description John Smith 2016-04-20 20:15:13 UTC
Hi,
i have zotac id 85 with intel graphic card, with oe 3.x everything worked fine. I did upgrade to oe 6.0.3 stable and while playing bluray than i got so many errors related to the gpu hangs. (http://openelec.tv/forum/67-display/8098...ays#161949)

So i updated to the LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-8.0-Milhouse-20160417214942-#0417-gf20aadc and i got exactly same issues. Logs are attached from the milhouse.

Hi John,
can you confirm dmesg and log links ? it gives only http 500 error.
Thanks
Comment 2 Ville Syrjala 2016-04-21 12:15:50 UTC
Please just attach all information to the bug directly. Any external stuff is bound to vanish leaving the bug useless for future bug archaeologists.

Please do not add long logs as comments. They make the bug reports difficult to navigate. Please use the "Add an attachment" link near the top instead, and add plain text attachments.

Please add drm.debug=14 module parameter, and attach the dmesg all the way from boot to the problem again.

Is this reproducible with radeon disabled?

Please always attach the crash dump for GPU hangs as indicated in the dmesg.

John, can you confirm whether or not this is reproducible with radeon disabled?
Moreover, attached gpu crash dump (saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error)

Timeout. Assuming that it is fixed by now. If this is not the case, please re-test with latest kernel & Mesa to see if this issue is still occurring since there were improvements pushed in kernel and Mesa that will benefit to your system.
