PackageKit has, for a while now, giving off a bug that makes it impossible to update through it. The package manager is pacman and the distro is parabola. This *may* be related to the installation of pacman2pacman: https://wiki.parabola.nu/Pacman2pacman Installing through the commandline works perfectly.
