The Bug Still on Upstream on kernel 4.5.2 the fifo underun seems to be gone
but i still cant use my hdmi output with the tv which works nicely with kernel 4.1 lts

Possibly a live_status bug? There's a fix for that in drm-intel-nightly.

none of my combinations works xf86-video-modesettings + glamor , sna tear free , uxa none of them are the problem with the hdmi all the drivers dont let me use my hdmi. 

Is a kernel problem.

Annother question for you Chris wilson is there any fix for this bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94203 on drm-intel-nightly?

The fix for the HDMI live-status issue will be (and sent to stable for 4.5).
I hope that's the right one for you.

Chris Wilson i compiled the kernel tree from git with the drm fixes and i still get the same problem i cant use my hdmi when i connect it and i open google chrome on the tv i get flickering and flashing and then the hdmi disconect automatically and i get blue screen from the tv and the fifo underrun errors are back .

the   drm/i915: Fake HDMI live status
patch dont work for me ...............

Is this native HDMI or via a DP++ dongle/cable?

If DP++, make sure your kernel has
commit b1ba124d8e95 ("drm/i915: Respect DP++ adaptor TMDS clock limit")
I pushed it around the same time as you did your last test apparently, so you may have just missed it.

In any case, please attach a full dmesg with drm.debug=0xe passed to the kernel command line so that we can actually see what's going on.

Hi yes this is hdmi native , is the port that comes with the laptop , so is the one that comes with this intel video card .

I cloned the kernel from drm-intel-nightly: 2016y-05m-11d-17h-10m-57s UTC 

And i Still have this problem i connect the hdmi and i open random app like google chrome and i maximize the browser and i go to linux.press and i start scrolling down with the touchpad and the screen start flickering and flashing and then blue screen is the normal  behavior of the tv when the hdmi cable is not connected and the image come back but still flashing and flickering with the kernel 4.1 everything is fine . thanks in advance.

Timeout, assuming that this is fixed by now. If this is not the case, please re-test with latest kernel drm-tip to see if this issue is still occurring and reopen this with new data attached.
