PDF file with hidden text

On the first page, some text is missing ("Getting Started") when opening the file with Evince, Okular or qpdfview.

The text is also missing using pdftocairo.

The text is visible when opening the PDF file with Firefox, Chrome or mupdf.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open the file with Evince/Okular/qpdfview or use pdftocairo to get get an image.

Actual result:

The text below the line starting with TIP: is hidden (this text can still be selected if the file is opened with Evince or Okular)

Expected result:

The text "Getting Started" should be visible, as it is the case when opened with Firefox or Chromium.

Platform:
Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

Works for me, probably your poppler is old, try a newer version.
