@darkbasic, is this still a problem for you? I just try it today using a more up to date GFX stack and I don't see this problem, specifically, I didn't see it when launching sddm window manager. Need more info and/or steps to repro.

Thanks for your interest in this bug. You're right, with latest stack the problem's gone. Since you already have Broadwell with a working DP-MST setup I would be *REALLY* glad if you could have a look at this other bug report: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97531
Plasma developers insist that the issue is not on their end but on the Intel stack. Could you please have a look? Thanks.
