Scrolling this page http://cairographics.org/samples/libsvg.html in Firefox makes the prev/next buttons draw improperly. Also scrolling this page : http://www.w3.org/QA/Library/ which has a small links box in the bottom right corner draws improperly. Probably related to bug #9458
Sorry about the phenomenal bug spam, guys. Adding xorg-team@ to the QA contact so bugs don't get lost in future.
http://developer.gnome.org/doc/API/2.0/gtk/index.html is another good example of the bug. In general, scrolling a page with fixed-position divs creates rendering artifacts, but only if you use a composition manager. I've seen this bug with xcompmgr and with compiz; with intel and radeon drivers. Both Firefox and other apps (e.g. devhelp) that use gtkmozembed trigger the bug. There's a screenshot attached to the Ubuntu bug report at https://bugs.launchpad.net/xorg-server/+bug/109824
I think this is a duplicate of https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8871
