Happened once during regular navigation, nothing fancy. 
Couldn't reproduce it

phofin@gmail.com - have this happened lately? If yes then please provide more information about your setup (e.g. what display ports do you have in use, etc.) and if possible attach also full dmesg (add drm.debug=0xe to your kernel command line or, if you have display issues with kernel 4.1 or newer, use drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=1M) from a failure.
