Likely the issue seen with channel-webdav when sharing big files [0] and this is also seem to be the case on channel-usbredir on windows [1], thanks to Dmitry's investigation

Client must have a way to control the overall bandwidth usage of it is channels and have some quality of service between messages so share-folder, usbredir are not high priority over input, display...
