The download linked from xquartz.org (https://dl.bintray.com/xquartz/downloads/*) returns "Forbidden!"

I'm having the same issue (also reported here in an adjacent thread). Glad it's not just me...

I’ve contacted Bintray to figure out what the problem is and get it resolved.
