pkcon doesn't contain any user level help for commands like `refresh`. None of the following works:

  pkcon refresh -h
  pkcon -h refresh


$ pkcon refresh -h
Usage:
  pkcon [OPTION...] PackageKit Console Program

Help Options:
  -h, --help               Show help options
  --help-all               Show all help options

Application Options:
...

$ pkcon help refresh
Command failed: Option 'help' is not supported
