OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on AMD RV730 (DRM 2.43.0 / 4.4.11, LLVM 3.7.1)

Tested on i965/SKL and llvmpipe - neither display the reported issue. Most likely an issue somewhere in r600.
