Also the monitor will not display anything until xrandr runs. Steps to reproduce: ================================================ 1.Turn on the BXT Platform 2. Run "udevadm monitor --property --tag-match=HOTPLUG" command 3. Plug in an HDMI cable. ( No event will be catched on udevadm monitor and HDMI display does not show anything) 4. run "xrandr" command (An event will appear on console and HDMI monitor will light up).
