I am using Ubuntu-16.04 on Thinkpad-T450s and noticed a GPU hang. The screen froze for couple of seconds. 

I am attaching xrandr and card error log. I wasn't doing anything special, when this happened.

We don't have enough information.

- What kernel version are you using? (uname -a)
- What Mesa version are you using? (glxinfo | grep Mesa)
- What were you doing at the time of the hang? Is it reproducible?
