Bug detailed description:

run application dga, it will hang up on x-915gm. On other platforms, it work 
normally.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1, start XOrg;
2, run dga.


Basic root-causing log:
----------------------
XF86DGASetViewPort(Line 151 in dga.c) call hang up.

with latest 2D driver and xserver branch server-1.3-branch, dga run smoothly on 915gm, so change status to FIXED.
