Patch including all the modifications since git commit 6c84188

This enhancement will enable applications using glib frontend to extract 3D artwork from 3D annotations.

The patch has been tested with a patched version of Evince 3.21.

arktwork in Annot3D is not initialized at all if there's no 3DD, also is never deleted.

Fixed initialization and destruction issue

I attached a new patch including all the modifications applied to the same commit, 6c84188.

I checked the patch again and I am certain there are no init/destruct issue this time.
