Output of upower.service, after adding '-v'

Sometimes upower.service takes too much time at startup, anywhere from 5s to 40s whereas at other times it takes less than a second.

Can you reproduce the problem by hand, checking the output to see if there's a blockage somewhere?

40 seconds of delay should be noticeable checking it manually.

You might want to try with your "ID 0461:4d81 Primax Electronics, Ltd Dell N889 Optical Mouse" unplugged to see if that makes a difference.
