Probably it will be fixed with DAL release from AMD https://www.x.org/wiki/Events/XDC2016/Program/amd_dal.pdf But unfortunately it's looks like we should wait for kernel 4.11 or even later( http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=AMD-DAL-21-November-2016
