I need the XQuartz to use the "Guidos Toolbox".But when I double-clicked the XQuartz, there appeared a box which just few words"bash-3.2$ "in it. I do not very understand it. Can you tell me how to resolve this? Thank you..

Yeah, xterm starts at launch.  I don't know what Guidos Toolbox is, but should launch it from the terminal.  Ask the developers of Guidos Toolbox for help.
