The test passes when you run it by itself.

I just sent a fix for a memory corruption in dEQP-VK.api.descriptor_pool.out_of_pool_memory (which probably runs just before by alphabetical order).
This might be the actual issue :

dEQP-VK.api.info.instance.extensions now fails in the same manner.  I will verify Lionel's patch.

Lionel's patch did not affect the test failure in CI

FWIW, dEQP-VK.api.info.instance.extensions began failing with
