I've been given permission to create an empty repo for the time being in anticipation of the green light. The project is called "umr" and the description is "User Mode Register debugger for AMDGPU devices." There's obviously a bit more to it but that's the headline. I'll flush out more details once we get a green light. Right now I'd like a repo where I can eventually just dump the tip of our internal (public) branch as one commit (flattening the history in the process). I'll be maintaining the project.
ping. :-)
sure, that's done now as /git/amd/umr
On cgit.freedesktop.org the project is listed as owned by "root" will I have push access as "tstdenis"? Also we've been given the green light so I would like to push the first round of commits as early as tonight or tomorrow.
Right, being marked as 'root' is just a stupid quirk of how cgit is set up.
