Steps to reproduce:

# from the shared-mime-info git repo:
cd tests
cp ooo-test.odt AİİA.odt
xdg-mime query filetype AİİA.odt

Expected output: application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text
Actual output: application/x-object

This happens with shared-mime-info 1.7
