Steps to reproduce:

# from the shared-mime-info git repo:
cd tests
cp sample.docx AİA.docx
xdg-mime query filetype AİA.docx

Expected output: application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document
Actual output: application/zip

This happens with shared-mime-info 1.7

Note: unlike bugs #99672 and #99673, this one can be reproduced only if the new filename is AİA.docx, while AİİA.docx looks not affected.
