on CI Test gem_exec_parse/basic-allowed hangs but passes on on next run.
Marking as unstable:

Test gem_exec_parse:
        Subgroup basic-allowed:
                pass       -> INCOMPLETE (fi-byt-j1900)

fi-byt-j1900     total:69   pass:59   dwarn:0   dfail:0   fail:0   skip:9  
But no issues on next run:

Should this test still be unstable or no? 
Just trying to understand what to do with this test on CI.

According to the debug log, it wasn't the test itself. Singling out this one test as the point of instability appears incorrect.
