Decided to stress the motherboard with 2 instances of glx_gears and 1 of vlc.
The following two errors ocurred and image is messed up (see attached png)

tpereira@ipfn.ist.utl.pt  please update your kernel to the latest version (you may consider also our latest drm-tip) and try to reproduce the issue.
If this is still occurring please REOPEN it and attach fresh gpu crash dump as well as kernel log (dmesg), otherwise RESOLVED it.
