I'm assuming this is the same problem as described in bug #5117. If not, please reopend and provide a screenshot illustrating the corruption. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 5117 *** Bug is still there; Reopening and attaching a screenshot illustrating the problem. Additionally, evince crashes at FT_Done_Face (face=0x190) at ftobjs.c:1820 after closing. Do not know if this is a hint, and I have not found the C file in my entire cvs directories. I'll not look into this until the garbled text is gone :) Created attachment 3987 [details]

Oops, closed this bug as a duplicate as the wrong bug. This is probably a duplicate of one of 3975, 4764, or 5149. Could you see if you can reproduce your problem with some of the PDFs in those bugs? Also, there's a different fix in CVS head for this problem, could you give that a try? What version of freetype are you using and which distro? |
