Hello,

Since around the time the TGSI IR disk cache was introduced that Deus Ex: Mankind Divided exhibits this type of white textures, when running on my Southern Island Radeon R9 280x. I'm using Padoka's PPA latest Mesa version and Linux git @ 8d70eeb.
