Xorg log

Bug description:
When I use LibreOffice Writer, after a few minutes, the whole GUI freezes (except the mouse that continues to move but click is inoperative) and X restarts.
The relevant diagnostic from dmesg is:
[drm] GPU HANG: ecode 9:0:0x85dffffb, in Xorg [879], reason: Hang on render ring, action: reset

System environment:
-- chipset (`lspci -v`): 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 530 (rev 06) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
-- system architecture: x86_64
-- xf86-video-intel: xserver-xorg-video-intel: 2:2.99.917+git20161206-1
-- xserver: xserver-xorg-core: 2:1.19.2-1
-- mesa: 13.0.6-1+b2
-- libdrm: 2.4.74-1

-- Linux distribution: Debian Stretch
-- Machine or mobo model: Dell Precision 7710

Reproducing steps:
Open LO Writer, type some text, scroll page, change window...
After a few minutes, everything freezes, not only LO.

Forgot to mention that I have hybrid graphics.
The discrete GPU is [AMD/ATI] Venus XTX [Radeon HD 8890M / R9 M275X/M375X] (rev 83).
